This is a spacious 1800 sq ft apartment located on the third and last floor with pool and ocean views. The building has an elevator and barbecue facilities are in several areas of the ground. There are three bedrooms; a Master suite with a King bed and private bath and two bedrooms with Queen size beds sharing a large bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished with everything needed including towels, sheets and a washer and dryer and ironing board. Playa Grande is a beach front luxury condo development located on one of the most magnificent beaches 20 mins. from Manzanillo. The Playa Grande resort offers high-end apartments with all the modern conveniences. Within minutes you can visit the charming Barra de Navidad fishing village and the luxury resort and golf courses of the Grand Bay hotel on Isla de Navidad. Special golf rates apply to Playa Grande guests. Whales, dolphins, manta rays, pelicans and turtles can all be found in this part of Mexico. The ocean at times has strong currents and waves. Because of its unpredictability, the Playa Grande resort includes a safe alternative for families with children. There are three cascading ionized swimming pools spanning 1/3 of an acre, with a pool bar which sits just below a water fall where guests can order fresh fruit drinks, great coffee and casual dining. (5 minutes away by car. the resort has golfing and a marina and there is also a water shuttle on the property which takes you across the bay to Barra de Navidad every ten minutes or so.) Taxis are available, but ample advance notice should be given. Drivers are relatively inexpensive and can be organized on site. The apartment is equipped with wash and pool towels and bath soap and bedding. A washing machine and dryer is within the apartment as well as an ironing board. Bring washing detergent. All basic supplies can be purchased in the small grocery store on site or we recommend you stop in Cihuatlan on your way from the airport and stop at LA BODEGA grocery store to stock up . The small store on the premises and the pool bar are closed off season . Please check with the host if this feature is an important element to your booking.
