The condo is located in the gated community of Boca Zamá close to the entrance which makes it amazingly positioned. Safe area with 24/7 security and gated. Close to the supermarket, beach and downtown. Parking is located outside the condo, free and on the street. Other things to note Please be respectful of the local flora and fauna and be mindful with waste and electricity consumption. Tulum is a fast developing area and there might be construction noise.
