There are laundries very close to the area. You are given a key to the room for which you are responsible. During your stay In the mornings in case you are offered something we are in the house, The guest must coordinate with us within one hour of arrival since we are the ones who open the front door (short stays only) , you are not given keys to the entrance of the house, you are only given a key to your bedroom which you must deliver at the end of your stay. In case you are staying longer than 3 weeks or 2 weeks, we will consider giving you the keys of the house, committing you to deliver them at the end of your stay and complying with the House Rules. Other things to note Snail staircase Smoking is not allowed We have pets cat and dog and we ask you to be careful not to let the dog in the house , nor go outside, and the cat should only be inside the house as they do not get along. But they're not in the bedrooms, the bedrooms are in the back of the house. No drugs or alcoholic beverages Guests who have not rented on airbnb and have not given their name at the time of booking are not allowed to enter the room. If the guest requires breakfast service, they'll be able to comment and be able to sell a moderate breakfast at a substantial price that isn't included in their payment to airbnb.
