It is the realization of a family project, originating from Marie-Galante. That's why we chose this region, "Les Grand Fonds", close to that of our native island. We want to share with you, travelers and visitors a truly authentic project. First of all, architecturally, it is unique. You will be enthusiastic about its unusual shapes, structures and roofs. Essentially made of wood, the two buildings (day and night), are separated by a landscaped garden (flowers, palm trees and fruit trees). A special commitment to respecting the environment, through wastewater treatment, rainwater recovery (watering the garden, cleaning the floors) and complete autonomy thanks to a city water tank. Then, our mothers, true "middle post", will welcome you like their children, with natural sincerity and hospitality. You will taste the real Caribbean cuisine made "homemade" before your eyes and leave with many recipes and memories. Accras, boudin, colombo, chictay morue... will no longer have any secrets for you.
