WC/walker friendly. Have hospital bed, queen bed, & King bed, all w/controls; home is 2.5 acres, secure & fenced in. Pets considered with client. OR rent the home for $159.00/night 1-4 guests prefered OR rent by the month price negotiable; you make an offer Outdoor patio in front; pond/waterfall in back with gezebo or deck seating; outdoor lighting in both front and back yards; very peaceful and nice smoking areas. Teakwood loungers, wicker swing, and walkways. Outside porch metal picnic table. Also have parking available for a boat or RV during your stay (not covered; no electric). Rent the whole house for the night, or for a week, or month depending on availability. Kitchen table seats 6. Full kitchen, pots/pans, dishes. Dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, stove/oven. Master bedroom with King bed has private bathroom/shower. Main bathroom has walk in shower and separate commode areas...shared bathroom. Washer/dryer in garage. Common area/livingroom, diningroom, kitchen. Bring a blender. I visit on daily basis to feed my horses; I live only 30 minutes away; call me with any needs. Will provide initial essentials; personal shampoos/conditioners, lotions not provided. Have a septic system; please NO greasy items down the sink; no wipes of any kind or sanitary items other than toilet paper (provided) in any commode; you will be held responsible for repairs to unclog the septic system if related to your stay. Please bring your own hair dryer; it will no longer be provided. Quiet neighborhood but we all enjoy a good party...and we live on acreage and don't have a walled in neighborhood...ample space and distance affords a good time for all. Privacy and security. Take a stroll; ride a bike, sit and listen to the peace. My horses live behind the house. They come to get water and if they see you will come to the fence for a pet. Carrots and apples ONLY treats they are allowed. Only feed if you are familiar with horses and at your own risk. PLEASE do NOT go into the pasture with them. 3 car cement driveway; room to park RV, trailer, or boat on back acres; lots of safe parking on side of street for visitors I reserve the right to require a credit card deposit fee of $150.00 at the start of your stay... if the home is damaged in any way, items broken or missing, septic/sinks clogged, or excessive cleaning is required from the ordinary the deposit will be utilized to cover any needed expenses; the balance will be reimbursed with a list of charges attached within 30 days of your visit; if damages exceed the deposit received, additional fees will be accessed to the card which will be nonrefundable. If you and your guests are tenents in good standing the credit card will never be billed. $75.00 nonrefundable pet fee for extended stays.
