Respite care provider: 1-4 days $200.00/day/person; couple $250.00/day 5-7 days 1000.00/wk. ..in home care provided 24/7; meals, baths, Rx administration by licensed caregiver; very relaxing & homey environment. WC/walker friendly. Have hospital bed, queen bed, & King bed, all w/controls; home is 2.5 acres, secure & fenced in. Pets considered with client. OR rent the home for $159.00/night 1-4 guests prefered OR rent by the month price negotiable; you make an offer The space Outdoor patio in front; pond/waterfall in back with gezebo or deck seating; outdoor lighting in both front and back yards; very peaceful and nice smoking areas. Teakwood loungers, wicker swing, and walkways. Outside porch metal picnic table. Also have parking available for a boat or RV during your stay (not covered; no electric). Guest access Rent the whole house for the night, or for a week, or month depending on availability. Kitchen table seats 6. Full kitchen, pots/pans, dishes. Dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, stove/oven. Master bedroom with King bed has private bathroom/shower. Main bathroom has walk in shower and separate commode areas...shared bathroom. Washer/dryer in garage. Common area/livingroom, diningroom, kitchen. Bring a blender. Other things to note I reserve the right to require a credit card deposit fee of $150.00 at the start of your stay... if the home is damaged in any way, items broken or missing, septic/sinks clogged, or excessive cleaning is required from the ordinary the deposit will be utilized to cover any needed expenses; the balance will be reimbursed with a list of charges attached within 30 days of your visit; if damages exceed the deposit received, additional fees will be accessed to the card which will be nonrefundable. If you and your guests are tenents in good standing the credit card will never be billed. $75.00 nonrefundable pet fee for extended stays.
