Our home in Rocky offers the perfect stopping point for your adventures in the west country. Retired from Fish & Wildlife with many years of experience in the area, and active in the outdoors, Rocky offers good advice for your visit to the area. Self-serve breakfast items are supplied in the room for stays of 6 nights or less. For information on longer stays see “other details.” The space The bright bedroom offers the comfort of a queen size bed, luggage rack, fridge, microwave, kettle and keurig. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cream and sweeteners are provided, plus bottled water. The room has a closet with hangers, and space for folded items. The adjacent living room with cable TV is for your sole use. A wall-mounted fold-up table and chairs are available for eating, or as a laptop work space. Free WiFi is included. The sparkling European style private bathroom boasts a luxurious rain shower head, plump towels as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Although the main entrance is used by us as well, it is on the same level as the guest room so there's no need to worry about interfering with our living area. Guest access Guests have access to most of the bright lower level of our home. During your stay Since this is our home we will be upstairs most of the time but we are happy to have as much or as little interaction as you prefer. We are happy to provide directions, tips, or advice on the numerous outdoor pursuits our area has to offer. Whether you're headed out west to hike, fish, or photograph some of the beautiful landscapes of the area, we can offer suggestions. Or if you just want to know where the best coffee or restaurant in town is located, we're happy to help. Other things to note We are open to longer stays at a discount, but please note we do not have cooking facilities in the space. Stays of 7 nights or longer will have a 15% discount, and stays of 4 weeks or longer will have a 30% discount, and finally stays of 8 weeks or longer will get a 40% discount. For stays of seven days or longer (where discount is applied), breakfast items are not supplied. However, bottled water and hot drinks will remain included.
