I have designed this historic home with complete privacy and absolute comfort in mind. My home is totally smoke and vape free and this includes the outdoor space. Hendersonville's Cottage Sanctuary offers a wonderfully tranquil space. 2 queen beds, full kitchen, serene outdoor space, side screened patio and an inviting front porch. Readily accessible are internet access, cable tv, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dishware, washer and dryer. 30 minutes to downtown Asheville, 1/2 mile walk to downtown Hendersonville, 20 minutes to Artsy Brevard. Convenient to both I-26 and I-40. Leaf season is a must see in Western NC and the cottage is only 15 minutes from Blue Ridge Parkway. The surrounding area would make both the artist and the "outdoor activities" person feel right at home. You are in a great place to play; ziplines, whitewater rafting, caverns, hiking and biking trails. Nearby are Dupont State and Pisgah National forests, the famous Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Park which is an all-inclusive entertainment center. Hendersonville as well as Asheville offer many local breweries and restaurants for every pallet from casual to elegant. Many downtown venues offer a variety of fun and laughter mixed with live music. Guest access Guests can access parking from the alley driveway located on Whitted Street between my home and the Yellow Bed & Breakfast next door. Please DO NOT PARK under my carport which contains a historic fireplace for show only. Please do not use either of the fireplaces.
