White Fence Carriage House Suite at Suttons Bay

The Carriage House at White Fence of Suttons Bay is a truly unique vacation property. The Carriage House at White Fence is a small and quiet property which has been meticulously renovated. The guest suite is artfully done with privacy, quiet and magnificent views of the bay kept in mind. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with seating areas throughout including private decks on the beach. Although we love pets and children, the carriage house suite is not designed for either. The space Known for it's distinguished black awnings, the White Fence Property is a statement property in the Suttons Bay area. The Carriage House is an ideal place for couples wanting a romantic getaway or homestead for exploring all of Suttons Bay and Lelanau County. Guest access Guests have full use of private dock and frontage as well as shared use of kayaks. Other things to note The Carriage House is not rented separately in June, July and August and limited times in September. The Village Rules prohibit us from renting the properties separate therefor we only rent the carriage house in the off season and not when other guests are staying. We have family that stay in the main house during the off months.
