The space Designed and managed by the host, this eco-friendly studio is Studio #5 of five boutique lofts in a brand-new building facing Parque España. The Murphy bed and custom furnishings, designed by the owner, went into mass production. Enjoy fast WiFi, a flatscreen TV with Netflix/Prime Video, daily housekeeping, a fully equipped kitchen, and sustainable features like solar panels and a water purification system. Other things to note This is a steel-structured building designed to withstand strong earthquakes, including the 7.1 magnitude quake on September 19, 2017. As a result, occasional vibrations may be felt when heavy vehicles pass by. The laundry service is located just outside the door and operates from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please let us know if you prefer a specific time within this range. For daytime privacy, the windows are equipped with two-way mirror film. At night, we recommend closing the curtains for full privacy. Before going to bed, please remove the large gray pillows from the headboard. They’re meant for sitting upright while watching TV or reading :) If you’d like to have the extra bed set up—even for a second guest—please book your reservation as if it includes a “third guest” to activate the additional charge of 600 pesos through the Airbnb app. Otherwise, the fee for the air mattress setup will need to be paid in cash to the host.
