Guest suite in Lake Havasu City

Large suite w/ private keyed entry opens to a covered patio offering spectacular lake, desert and mountain views. Minutes from Hwy 95 and the boat launch, this suite offers privacy, convenience and spectacular views of our magnificent Arizona sunsets. The suite is tastefully furnished with a KING bed and QUEEN memory foam sofa bed, as well as a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee/tea bar and basic dishes. The BBQ w/ side burner is ideal for outside eating by the pool. The space Our home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that opens up to the desert for quick and easy access to leisurely, morning walks or off-road adventures with your favorite toys. We are only minutes from the famous London Bridge, the Mesquite Bay fishing docks, as well as bars, restaurants and shopping. Parking for one car or boat is available on the left side of the home, closest to front door, while the generous sized streets offer plenty of parking for extra vehicles. Should we not be able to meet you for check in, your suite has its own private keyed entrance with self check-in using a lockbox if necessary. Your large private suite separate (locked ) from the rest of the house offers a KING size bed, sitting area with fireplace, and a convenient desk/eating area. The sofa converts to a comfortable queen size bed with memory foam mattress. Linens, pillows and blankets can be found in the closet. Your private bath has a huge walk in shower with 2 heads, a double sink vanity, and a jetted tub with fireplace. High speed internet, an HDTV with basic Direct cable are included. The pool area is shared by the main house. The covered patio has a large area that seats 8, with an extra dining table for six. While no glassware is allowed by the pool, plastic wine, drink glasses and beer cozies are provided along with a cooler for iced drinks. Solar shades can be used to mute the afternoon shade if so desired. Pool towels are supplied and deck chairs and blow up pool loungers are also available and found in storage boxes. As the day winds down, take in breathtaking Arizona sunsets and count falling stars over the lake and mountains. Dark desert nights make for awesome stargazing! For your information, desert winds mean trash should be disposed and smaller articles stored before heading out for the day or settling in for the night.
