You will enjoy the private rooftop Sundeck on the 3rd level, with great Sea Breezes and stunning Ocean Views while relaxing in your jacuzzi/Spa. The space Villa Grenda is a spacious one-bedroom villa of 2700 sq.ft. with a comfortable King sized bed and a full bathroom with a shower. This villa has a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining room and a spacious living room. Furthermore, this accommodation has a partly covered patio, with outdoor furniture and the hot tub at it's own private rooftop. Guest access Private access, with 1 assigned parking space located directly out front. Guests of Sunset Paradise Villas can enjoy the infinity swimming pool located at Villa 3 shared rooftop terrace. This is the ideal place to enjoy the stunning Ocean and Sunsets view. The property also enjoys direct access to the sea shore. Other things to note The shore of our beach is constantly changing, sometimes it has a lot of sand and sometimes the level drops. But the water is always crystal clear, the bottom is sandy, excellent for bathing, swimming and water sports. Usually the water is calm, but in occasions where the sea is affected by some weather system. When the sand level drops and access from the property is difficult, we have a sandy beach right next to Villa 2. You don't need to take the car to get there. You could book the whole Villa 1, Villa Grenda together with Villa Almarys (lower level) to make it a four-bedroom luxury Villa for 8 guests. Sunset Paradise Villas counts eight villas, that can be booked separately or in combination, fitting maximum 50 guests. This is the perfect location for holidays as well as to organize an event.
