Welcome to our spacious haven, ideally situated between Palmer and Wasilla, just a short distance from essential amenities. This inviting home boasts four master en-suites, each a generous 335 square feet, featuring large bathrooms, clothes closets, smart TVs, desks with chairs, and carpeted floors with windows that frame varying views of the property and nearby mountains. The heart of the home is our large, self-service kitchen, which doubles as a social hub with a counter and six bar stools, a dining table for six, and a comfortable area with a plush couch and a cozy chair for relaxation and conversations. Centrally located on the Alaska Road System, our home is the perfect base for exploring Alaska's natural wonders. Please note that the garage is not included in the rental. Experience a warm, inviting stay in a home that combines convenience with scenic beauty. The large kitchen and dining area is the perfect gathering place to start the day. There are 2 large refrigerators, a walk-in pantry and seating for 10. This is a great area to prepare your meals while interacting with your family and friends, please make yourself at home. We also have a laundry area equipped with TWO large capacity Washers and Dryers available for your use. We have plenty of parking and outdoor space galore. There is a grill out back for cookouts as well as a fire pit. Please use the pit responsibly and check with us each day before you use it. Because of the fire dangers we have to ask that the fire be contained to the pit and be put out when the last guest settles down in the midnight sun. We are surrounded by large wooded parcels yet close to the two major highways, that lead to many Alaska adventures, local points of interest, entertainment and shopping. The Matanuska and Susitna Rivers which converge at the base of Pioneer Peak and the Chugach Mountain range, all can be viewed from the bluff behind the house. If you are looking for convenient yet quiet seclusion then we are the perfect spot for you. The Alaska Railroad is a short 10-minute ride from our home; a commuter shuttle runs from the college to the local shopping areas. Across from the hospital, The Valley Mover takes folks from our area to Anchorage throughout the day. We also have some bicycles to loan and the bike paths, here in Alaska, go for miles. We keep an abundance of local travel tips and ideas and are always willing to spend time with you to help plan your trip to Alaska and our part of wonderland. Centrally located, most drive-able points of interest are within a 3-hour drive from our home.
