All beds include premium mattresses, sheets, pillows, and comforters. It also has a kitchenette with cooking utensils, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dining/working area. The private bathroom includes towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and a hairdryer. Hot water is available 24/7. The space Located in a quiet, gated community with excellent security and controlled access at the entrance, just 3 kilometers from the city center (25-30 minutes walking, 15 minutes by taxi). At our property, we don't use keys; all access is controlled with proximity wristbands. It's located in the commercial area of ​​Oaxaca, surrounded by restaurants and shopping centers such as Sam's Club, Soriana, Liverpool, Walmart, Cinepolis, Pharmacys, ATM, and convenience stores at less then 3 bloks, etc. We have private parking, but since we're located within a very secure community with numerous security cameras outside, most of our guests prefer to park on the street directly in front of our property. Guest access We really love to welcome our guests personally, give them a tour of the facilities and tell them where all the amenities are that we have thought can make their stay more pleasant, in addition to explain how the access control bracelets worh so they can enter both property and the suite. Other things to note We kindly request that from 11 pm to 7 am, guests speak quietly and listen to music or watch TV at a low volume to avoid disturbing other guests who are resting at that time. It should be noted that the guests we have had so far have been very quiet and friendly, and we would like to maintain a pleasant atmosphere and a space for restful relaxation. We have a small park right in front of our property where you can relax, exercise or just walk it also has children´s games and half a basketball court, with a schedule of 7 am to 9 pm.
