El Chante: Family home

Beautiful lake house. It has a pleasant terrace with barbecue and a view of the hill. A large garden and pool with a splash pool. Everything you need to have a nice family weekend. Located in the center of the village of Chantepec, near the towns of Jocotepec, San Juan Cosala and Ajijic. The house has 6 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and an extra full bathroom in the living room area. The space This is a rustic style family house The house has four perfectly conditioned rooms, three in the upper part and one in the lower part. We have conditioned two other bedrooms. What was previously the service room has been conditioned as an extra room to be able to welcome more guests and encourage family coexistence. This room now has a double bed and a full bathroom. We also fitted out what was previously the steam room with a small gym. Now this is a room with a double bed and full bathroom. Both rooms don't have closets or clothing storage furniture. These extra rooms are available, however it's important to take this information into account. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. We have TV and Internet. Guest access The house is rented complete. All bedrooms are available. All the house is available to you. We have a car park for 3 cars. If necessary, the basketball court can be used as parking. There are three other cars in this space. We have an extra service: - Air conditioning the pool will cost $3,500 per weekend. The temperature of the pool is guaranteed at 30 degrees. Without this service, the pool temperature is approximately 25 degrees depending on the weather. This service must be requested one week prior to arrival. Any questions regarding these topics please ask, I am at your service. Other things to note About the length of stay: We have a minimum of one night on weekdays. Minimum weekends of two nights. Three-night minimum bridges. And in high season we have a 3 night minimum.
