Beautiful lake house. It has a nice terrace with a barbecue and a view of the hill. A large garden and pool with a splash pool. Everything you need for a nice family weekend. Located in the center of the village of Chantepec, near the villages of Jocotepec, San Juan Cosala and Ajijic. The house has 6 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and an extra full bathroom in the living room area. The space It's a rustic-style family home. The house has four perfectly equipped bedrooms, three upstairs and one downstairs. We have conditioned two other rooms. What was previously the service room we have conditioned as an extra room to be able to receive more guests and promote family coexistence. Now this room has a double bed and full bathroom. We also refurbished what was previously the steam room with a small gym. Now this is a room with a double bed and full bathroom. Both rooms do not have closets or furniture to store clothes. These extra rooms are available, but it's important to note this information. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. We have television and internet. Guest access The whole house is rented. All bedrooms are available. The whole house is at your disposal. We have a parking lot for 3 cars. If necessary, the basketball court can be used as a parking lot. Three other cars fit in this space. We have an extra service: - Heating the pool costs $3,500 for the weekend. The pool temperature is guaranteed at 30 degrees. Without this service, the pool temperature is approximately 25 degrees depending on the weather. This service must be requested one week prior to arrival. If you have any questions regarding these issues, please ask, I am at your service. Other things to note About the length of stay: We have a minimum of one night on weekdays. Weekends, a minimum of two nights. Long weekends, minimum of three nights. And in high season we have a minimum of 3 nights.
