Cozy, modern-decor home nestled in the Hermann Hills. Located on the Trolley route and close to downtown and all of its attractions, such as wineries, bars, restaurants, and antique shops. Have the entire home to yourselves so you and your significant other and/or friends can enjoy a relaxing trip with plenty of privacy. The space Our home is equipped with Smart Home Hubs in each room, allowing guests to control many household features. These hubs can also provide information such as weather, local business hours and phone numbers, or even food recipes. We also utilize a smart lock, which grants users home access without the hassle of carrying and tracking an extra key for the duration of their trip. Our smart TV is equipped with YouTube TV (which is essentially standard cable tv), a DVD player (with a small video library), and a retro Sega console, allowing you to relax and unwind during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to entire property except basement. Other things to note FAQs ——————————————————— Q: Can I walk to your house from the Amtrak Station? A: Our home is located a little less than a mile from the downtown Hermann Amtrak station, which, for many guests, is a manageable walk. However, our home is called Hilltop Getaway for a reason—it sits atop a hill roughly 150 feet above downtown. I’m in extremely average shape, and I’ve walked the hill plenty of times, but I’m not going to mince words here: it’s steep. ——— Q: How many guests do you allow? A: With one bathroom, two bedrooms and two queen-sized beds, our home will ideally accommodate four adults. Any additional or unregistered guests may be subject to a $40 per-day fee. ——— Q: Do you have any cameras on your property? A: We have outdoor Ring cameras. ——— Q: Are you pet friendly? A: Yes. We allow up to two small, well-behaved dogs to stay in our home. Dogs must be under 25 pounds, and our pet fee is $40 per pet. We also ask that unattended dogs be crated. ——— Q: Do you allow children? A: Unfortunately, our home has a few features which make it potentially dangerous for smaller children. As such, we ask that booking parties consist only of adults. ——— Q: What are your internet speeds? A: We do provide high-speed internet. Our average download speeds are about 200 mbps, and our average upload speeds are about 130 mbps. These speeds can accommodate multiple devices streaming videos, gaming, or participating in video conferences at the same time.
