Please, no fireworks. The space Kennisis Lake offers a marina for (boat)gas and a small variety of groceries. The closest grocery , laundry and gift store would be West Guilford, a 30 minute drive. The town of Haliburton has grocery stores, a hospital, restaurants and cute boutique shops and is 45 minutes from the cottage. A point of interest in the immediate area is the Haliburton Wildlife Preserve and Wolf Center , a short 15 minute drive from the cottage. Other attractions.. Smoking is allowed outside only, please dispose of any cigarette butts in a fire safe manner and please do not litter the property. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above. Guest are not to create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbours. Neighbourhood quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 8:00am. This is a township rule. This cottage is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Keep the property and all furnishings in exceptional order, any damages or cleaning requires due to food stains or other stains can result in charges. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Please ensure that the Cottage is left in the condition in which it was found in order for all guests to enjoy the cottage and property to its fullest. Please leave our piece of paradise clean and tidy upon checkout. No furniture shall be moved, dishes to be washed and put away. Your garbage must be taken to the landfill site by you when you leave. Garbage passes will be provided.
