Private, peaceful, charming farm cabin

Perfectly situated between the ferry and downtown Gibsons (less than a 5 minute drive to either), you'll feel as if you've escaped to the countryside as you drive down a forested driveway, and get to your private cabin on our 5 acre farm. The cabin has a large loft with a queen bed and a pull-out double downstairs. You are a short walk from Persephones Brewery (where the Gibsons Farmers Market is held on Sundays) and Gibsons' most popular hike, Soames Hill. Several beaches are also nearby. The space - Fully stocked kitchen - Tea and coffee - Large TV with Netflix and Prime - Wifi - Private deck with loungers - private outdoor eating area and BBQ - air conditioner - Fan and extra heater **Recent upgrades 2023: new pull out couch, air conditioner Guest access Guests have use of the cabin as well as the yard and outdoor eating area near the cabin. We kindly ask that guests don't hang out behind our house; our windows mainly face that way and we like to have a little privacy. Feel free to explore the rest of the property though! Other things to note We allow dogs (or cats, etc), love animals, and don't charge a pet fee. We ask that you don’t have your dog on the couch please. If you have your dog off-leash on the property, we expect you to keep an eye on them at all times so it will not chase our elderly cat. Our cat doesn't go far from our back door, so won't be near the cabin.
