The space Everything in this house is new; including walls (new floor-plan), paint, appliances and furniture. Showcased are the Cambria Quartz countertops and windowsills. New bedding from Macy's Hotel Collection and Sobella pillows. A custom wrought iron stair rail created by the same artist who does the iron fencing along the river and many streets downtown. Fireweed House also provides high speed internet access via digital subscriber line (30MB DSL). It’s secure and it’s fast! Guest access You will have the run of the entire home! Downstairs is newly finished and we have added a TV Lounge with a sofa and love seat, and there is a new washer and dryer with steam technology available for your use. There is a pub table that can seat up to six and a TV on the main floor. The backyard with BBQ grill is also yours while you are here. Other things to note There is a small grocery store five short blocks away (the Co-op Grocery), or Safeway is a 20 minute walk. It is possible to go without a rental car being right downtown, but I would probably recommend one to help you see all Fairbanks has to offer. Off the street (driveway) parking is available to you, or free street parking (curbside) is also available if there are multiple vehicles in your party.
