The master has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the third room is detached from the main house so it's very private and has 2 double beds. Each has its own bathroom as well. There's a large glass enclosed family area that's great for entertaining or snuggling up on the couches and enjoying one of the many movies stocked for guests to use. WiFi for browsing the Internet or streaming movies. Nice outside dining area, plus a brick pizza oven for use in your outside dinning experience. Take advantage of rinsing off in the outside shower at the end of your beach day. We are happy to provide a washer and dryer as this is unique for many Baja rentals, most do not have dryers but line dry their clothes. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large family room, kitchen, outdoor eating areas, BBQ, laundry room, etc. Caretakers who oversee the management of the rental live nearby and are available for questions when needed. How much or little conversation between them and you is up to you. They will be happy to help make your stay an enjoyable one. Quiet, peaceful, friendly neighbors, close to all necessities but not in a crowded area. We highly recommend your own mode of transportation as there are only a few taxis and they are not cheap. There are vehicle rental agencies at the airport and ATVs rental companies in Los Barilles for local use. Many guests love being able to stay at the house and walk to the beach once they have their food and personal items. We can share contacts for cars, ATVs, taxis, shuttle services, and delivery companies on request. There is a resort three blocks away that has a pool, jacuzzi, bar, and restaurant. You are able to purchase one day or week long passes for guest use of these grounds at their main check in area.
