York Bay Place-#11 Lupin, Bay view cottage

Lupin， new moved to this property, was upgraded with big porch, new kitchen, new living room, new hot water tank and new bathrooms. There is shower, sink and toilette in one bathroom and half toilette in another room with one piece only. It has great view of Brackley Bay and privacy entrance. The cottage is at the central of the Island, which is 5 minutes away from Brackley Beach, National Park. The space 2km away from Brackley Beach, The Dunes a Gallery and Cafe, Grocery, Gas , a Drive in theater, local music and art. We are about 20 minutes to Charlottetown in one direction and Cavendish in the other. You will have access to golf courses, deep sea fishing, seafood markets and restaurants. Guest access We provide a free bike to the National Park, which is about two minutes drive away, so that you can enjoy bike trails and 19km of beach. We provide all linens, towels, cable TV, Wifi, and a BBQ with propane provided during your stay. Other things to note After hours self check in following detailed directions. Check out and office hours 9:00am through 10:30am. Quiet time after 10:00 p.m.. Self service Laundry Room is available. We are pet friendly property with $30 extra cleaning fee on site for each one and each stay. Each pet will be charged $30.00 on site for per stay if she doesn't shed when quest check in.
