Book your winter fishing getaway now. The space This 2000 sqft gem in the heart of Grand Marais can sleep 12 guests. We’ve got 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch for sleeping along with 2 bathrooms. Guest access You’ll have access to the bonfire pit, large outdoor deck perfect for that morning cup of coffee or tea, tons of parking and two access doors for easy unloading. There’s a wood stove inside that is just begging to spark up that perfect radiant heat. Note: firewood not included. Wood that is on property is not for guest usage. Note: Owners Bedroom, Garage and Basement access is denied. Other things to note IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE FOR YOUR STAY Safety & Security • For your safety, the exterior of the property is monitored by security cameras. • These cameras are also used to verify the number of guests on site. Any additional guests not included in your booking will be charged $100 per person, per night. Noise & Community Respect This property is part of a quiet, family-friendly community. • Absolutely no loud noise is tolerated at any time of day or night. • From 11pm–8am, any medium to loud noise may result in a fine of up to $1,000 issued by RM of St. Clements Peace Officers. If this occurs, the fine will be added to your bill. • Wild parties, fireworks, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited. (Unfortunately, past guest issues mean we must now enforce this seriously.) Water, Septic & Utilities • Tap water is safe to drink. • This cabin runs on a septic system, so please keep water use to a minimum. • The dishwasher is available — please only run it when full. What to Bring • Beach towels and blankets are not provided. • Firewood is not included. Please do not use any wood found on the property (it is private property). Firewood can be purchased nearby at Grand Beach Station or Lola’s. Smoking & Pets • No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on the porch. A $1,000 fine will be charged for any indoor smoking. If smoking outdoors, please discard butts respectfully. • No pets of any kind.
