The space This is a very large (1480 sq ft) condo, five minutes from numerous restaurants, beaches, and water activities including surfing, paddle boards, snorkel and scuba diving. Fast reliable internet and work space with printer and large flat screen display is ideal for remote work. Tesla battery and solar array provides reliable power. Large grocery store is 10 minutes by car. Very quiet and stocked with a range of refreshments at cost for your convenience. Unit is handicapped accessible. This is not a ‘Party House’ as neighbors and a lower level renter are close. Quiet is expected after 9pm; if not adhered to, you will be asked to leave! Maximum occupancy is two adults unless cleared beforehand. Violators will be asked to leave. Questions? Hosts are bilingual. Guest access The entire unit is available. The rear balcony includes a hammock and washer/dryer. The hammock has proved very relaxing for the afternoon nap. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living area includes a large screen TV with U-tube, Pandora, Netflix, Amazon Prime and over-the-air ABC from New York as well as local Spanish programming. A DVD player can be used with a selection of DVDs. A propane grill is located on the front patio. Reliable wireless internet is present. With your laptop, we supply a printer and flat screen display. The front patio provides an outdoor, in addition to the indoor, dining area. For those warm days, the unit is equipped with two AC units as well as three ceiling fans. In the event of extended utility problems, there is a generator and auxiliary water supply. For arrivals, the unit is accessed by a lockbox for entrance keys. Other things to note Unit is approximately 35 minutes from Aquadilla airport (BQN) which is served by Frontier, Jet Blue, and United airlines. From San Juan airport (SJU), either rent car or fly to Mayaquez (MAZ) via Cape Air and rent a car. A car is essential as there is only rare public transportation in Rincon area. Driving directions from airport are available if needed. We are located about 2.5 hours by car from SJU and 20 minutes from MAZ.
