Nearby, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, dispensaries, and restaurants. The house is very private (although it does not have a gated entrance or fence), offering an open and natural setting. Its location is truly unique, perfect for unwinding and disconnecting. To the left side of the property, there is a small apartment where a person lives permanently. The backyard has a rectangular inflable pool, and guests has complete access to it, ensuring their privacy and enjoyment. Guest access You’ll enjoy full access to the house, and the outdoor areas. Please note that the cow pastures and the small apartment to the left of the property are private spaces. Other things to note This is a nature-surrounded home located in a rural area. Occasionally, neighborhood cats and cows may be present around the property; they are not part of the house nor managed pets. Guests are kindly asked to supervise children at all times, especially around barns, patios, balconies, and outdoor areas. If you are not familiar with how to operate the washer and/or dryer, please contact us before using them. We will be happy to assist. Due to local infrastructure conditions in Puerto Rico, occasional interruptions in electricity and/or water service may occur. At this time, the property does not have an electric generator or solar panels. Thank you for your understanding.
