Penthouse Condo 2 private King bedrooms Queen sofa bed for the kids Pet friendly Rooftop Hot Tubs Stunning views of the Rockies Walk everywhere in Canmore 20 min drive to Banff Business License RES-10445 The space - Two storey penthouse condo with views of the Rockies - Sleeps 4 privately - Main floor King Bedroom - Upper floor King Bedroom Suite - Queen pull out couch in living room (ideal for kiddos) - Two bathrooms, one with bathtub, one with shower - Full kitchen and private BBQ for all your cooking needs - In-suite washer and drier and all amenities needed for your stay (linens, towels, bathroom supplies and cooking oil and spices) - A/C units installed in the bedrooms - We are within a 5-10 minute walk of everything in Canmore & a 20 minute drive to Banff townsite - There is free underground parking for 1 vehicle and limited free outdoor guest parking for an additional vehicle WHAT MAKES THIS CONDO UNIQUE: The top floor units come with a lofted bedroom and bathroom open to the whole unit. We have fully enclosed the upper bedroom and bathroom creating a true master suite with complete privacy (one of the only units in the building to have done so). FAMILIES WITH KIDDOS: We provide safety gates for the stairs, a pack and play (which doubles a sleep cot), high chair, plastic dinnerware and some books & toys for the littles. Please bring any other items you and your infant/child(ren) will need to enjoy your stay. PETS (up to 2) are permitted during as long as they are quiet if you are out of the condo. A pet cleaning fee of $75 applies per stay. WIFI (315 mps), perfect for working & studying remotely. No dedicated office, but great working space on the dining room table. APPLE TV with Netflix and an HDMI cable. Feel free to access your own streaming services. Please note: WE DO NOT HAVE CABLE NO CENTRAL A/C in the building but we are one of the few units that installed A/C units and ceiling fans in each bedroom and we have fans available in the main space. SHARED FACILITIES: Roof Top Hot Tubs (2 outdoor, 1 indoor) Fitness Facility - on your floor (it is very basic) You can book private 30 minute time slot(s) for your group via QR code. WALKABLE TO MAIN STREET: The building is centrally located, a 2 minute walk to Safeway/Canadian Tire/Save On Foods/Starbucks and Liquor Stores. You can access Canmore Main Street by foot within 5 minutes. All amenities are within a 1-10 minute walk from your front door. Local hikes are accessible by foot or an easy 5-30 minute drive. BANFF: Banff townsite and Banff National Park gates are a quick 20 minute drive and Lake Louise & Moraine Lake are about an hour drive away. Canmore is roughly 1 hour 15 minutes from the Calgary airport by car. Hiking, mountain biking, skiing, lakeside picnics and fine dining await you! Canmore Tourist Home License - RES-10445 Guest access The building is accessed via key codes so you can check yourself in upon arrival, anytime after 4pm. There is one titled underground parking stall and limited designated outdoor guest parking at the ends of the building. Other things to note There are three buildings connected to the underground parkade where you'll be parking. Your unit is on the top floor of Building A. Once you are parked, yours is the closest building entrance to you. If you try the condo key code and the door doesn't open, you are most likely in the wrong building. Our unit has a welcome mat with two canoes - if you see that, you've found the right place.
