Beautiful colonial type house over one floor with large spaces, garden & pool with climate control if required. Located in a country atmosphere with excellent weather all year round with an annual average temp of 25-34°C (77-94°F) The space The house and its garden setting has beautiful vegetation and cozy corners to spend unforgettable moments with your family and friends. Here you will have the ideal space to enjoy the nature and the goodness of the climate of Morelos. We have 1,800 m2 of garden, ideal for meetings and family events. The house accomdodates 12 guests in 3 bedrooms and common spaces. There is availability of 2 more bedrooms hosting 8 more guests but it is important to tell the number of guests prior to booking to get the right quote for the amount of people. The bungalows will only open if it is previously planned with the host or if the house is booked for its total capability. Loudspeakers are strictly prohibited unless given explicit consent from the owner. In case you do have permission they must never exceed the use after 22:00. The pool will be closed at 23:00 hrs and open the following morning. We are part of a community and need to respect our neighbors. Guest access There is someone at the property to safeguard the guests 24/7. All rooms have mosquito nets and fans. We provide a BBQ Grill for outdoor cooking, you only need coal. Kitchen is fully equipped with internal and external dinning areas. There is also a trampoline for all family to enjoy although care and supervision needs is required. We have a hammock if you like to have a snooze outdoors. The pool has an area where little ones can enjoy walking on. From Oct we suggest climitizing the pool as the water can get quite cold in the morning hours. We have WIFI of 60MB & Cable TV with Netflix. There is also some board games available at your disposal. There is sufficient space for cars to park inside the property. We also have an allocated place for bonfires. As well, there is a corridor around the property for running or pleasant walks. You can also have extended stay where you can arrive early and leave late but you must ask for price and availability beforehand. At the place you can hire: - cleaning services per hour or per day - cooking services; - or further information for banquets with local companies that have already served some of our guests. - we can provide you massage services (by appointment only) - we can arrange styling services for events such as: haircuts, manicure or pedicure (by appointment only) - bonfire area can be used by appointment only Other things to note Yautepec is a rural place where sounds of nature are present at every moment in time. If you are a foreigner you will find that some use of Spanish comes in handy as the people around town will not speak other international languages.
