This 3 rd floor room has 1 double bed, Inverter Air Conditioning, en suite bathroom & shower with hot & cold water. 1 st floor common areas: fully equipped kitchen for storing food & cooking, dinner room, living room, back garden. Please let me know when you are in town to guide you. *** The building is a beautiful Spanish colonial home. We keep it clean and tidy, and put some effort in making it environment-friendly. Our water heater is a solar-electric hybrid model and our A.C.´s have inverter technology. We currently are investing in energy-efficient lightbulbs. We sort our waste as organic and inorganic. We have two ISP´s that provides us with reliable Wi-Fi in rooms and common areas. CCTV camera security system. *** Breakfast consists of fresh fruit, juice, milk, cereal, bread and jam. Room is in third floor, access via stairs. Guest access During your stay, you´re welcome to use the 1 st floor common areas. In the kitchen, we have a fridge, microwave, gas range, electric rice cooker, and kitchen & eating utensils that you can use for storing food and cooking. Also, feel free to use our lounge room with Cable Tv, books, board games, or just chill out in our big couches and bistro tables. Access to 4 th floor is restricted. No smoking inside, but can smoke in the backyard/ outside the building. *** We've already billed! You can ask about our billing services before booking. Other things to note There is no massive public transportation in Chetumal, but taxis can get you around town and are dirty cheap. All taxicabs have a mandatory taxi fare table (“Tabulador de tarifa”) where the price is already fixed. Taxicabs do not charge for additional person and usually pick up people traveling in the same direction.
