This Villa is located in a gated community; a three story townhouse with private carport, big and bright living space (A/C), TV, Wifi, garden patio, gas BBQ, full size/fully equiped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (A/C), 2.5 bathrooms, laundry (washer and dryer) and a rooftop terrace with amazing ocean views! The space This townhouse is steps away to a variety of beaches like Seven Seas and Playa de la Reserva. These are calm-sandy beaches where you can relax and enjoy your beach vacation. Also, in front of the Villa you can rent kayaks, paddle boards or do snokeling. This beach is perfect for these kind of activities!! In addition, you can take a tour to the Fajardo Bioluminiscent Bay (Laguna Grande) just 3 minutes away. This is one of the only five bioluminisent bays in the world!!! Or if you want to explore Fajardo's most secluded beaches, Playa Escondida and Playa Colorada...just take a 20-30 minute hike to reach the golden sands and crystal clear water. There is a community pool only for residents and registered guests. In case of a power outage, guests will stay with no electricity for several hours, in case of an extended period of time, guests most find another accomodation and we will return the money of following nigths.
