Welcome to Brooklyn living at its finest! Gorgeous brownstone on best block in the best neighborhood in NYC! Great restaurants, park down block, every subway within 5 minutes. Beautiful & quiet (16 x18) bedroom and bathroom on its own floor with windows overlooking serene garden. Free to use kitchen, living room, deck. House shared just with Miriam and May (mini poodle). Plenty of privacy. A super comfortable double Murphy bed (quality mattress) to accommodate another guest. Legal listing. The space The house is really beautiful and unique. The room has a table/desk for working. Good internet. There is an HVAC in the room for AC and extra heat if you need as well as a ceiling fan. You are welcome to use the TV in the living room - there is no TV in the bedroom. After entering the house, the kitchen, living room and dining room are one flight up from the entrance floor. Your room and bathroom are one flight above the kitchen floor. The bathroom is exclusively used by you, accessed from the hallway. Guest access This is a big house! Lots of space to share with my guests. There is a powder room on the entry floor in case you need. The guest bedroom has a full size cherry bed and a full Murphy bed stored in a wall cabinet to accommodate another person. Both beds have quality comfortable mattresses. The room is adjacent to a large bathroom on the floor, used exclusively by the guest. I have a miniature poodle, May, who is very sweet. You are welcome to use the house: kitchen, living, dining room, garden. The garden has two decks and the main garden- all lovely in their own way to hang out in. Please see "House Rules" for more details. During your stay I'm happy to help either before you arrive or once you are here. Other things to note Check out is at 10 a.m. I need to access the room at that point to prepare for other guests. If you have a late afternoon or evening flight, you can leave your luggage downstairs and collect it when it's time to go to the airport. Just ask and we'll arrange!
