El Nido - Innovative Design, 150 ft from Lakefront

El Nido, ('The Nest' in Spanish) wraps around a 75 foot blooming tree. This unique home is the creation of two local designers who thought of every detail and carefully chose all furnishings to make your stay in Ajijic a memorable one. El Nido is located just 150 feet from Ajijic's waterfront park known as El Malecon on the shore of Lake Chapala. El Nido offers an ultra modern gourmet kitchen, a dreamy California King bed, Roku TV & Sirius Radio, WiFi, patio w/BBQ & balcony views of village. The space Our spaces are ultra modern, clean and well maintained. Furniture, bedding, dishes, kitchen equipment, all top of the line. The second floor offers an Espresso machine, wine cooler, small TV room/office and wide vistas of the mountain range to the North of Ajijic. You'll enjoy seeing the rooftops of the village at sunrise from the balcony right off the second floor landing. On the ground floor our patio/BBQ area offers a cool area to enjoy a dinner outside under the shade of one of the two 75' tall Primavera trees (which bloom an incredible yellow in the months of March & April). Guest access Ajijic is located about 45 minutes from the Guadalajara airport, for stays of 30 days or longer we provide free pick up or drop-off at the airport. We are one half block from the waterfront park in Ajijic and 3 blocks from the Village Square. The patio is your private outdoor escape. Other things to note We require photocopies of the passports of all our guests, upon arrival. Maid service once weekly. Washer Dryer on premise. Purified water in all faucets. Ice maker in the fridge with purified water. During the high season, Dec 1 through April 30, we have a 60 day minimum stay. The automatic rate calculator may give you a rate but we will most likely reject the reservation until we get the season at least 50% booked. If you wish a short term during the high season, then wait until closer to the beginning of the season to see what dates are still available.
