Private and spacious, near center, heatable pool

Casa Cozumar is a modern house with a private pool close to downtown, but not touristic in beautiful Isla Cozumel. In direct neighbourhood you have lots of restaurants, groceries or whatever you need. Within a footwalk of max. 10 minutes you are in the center (plaza), at the ferry, at the ocean... Both, the living and the bed room are equipped with silent (inverter technology) ACs and Smart TVs. The kitchen is provided with everything you need for cooking. Free fast optical fibre internet. The space The house has a living room with kitchen, a separate bed room with a king size bed, a bathroom and a terrace with a pool. In the living area and in the bed room there are Smart TVs with Netflix available. There is also a Amazon Echo Show 5 with Amazon Music unlimited. There is also a gas BBQ in the terrace. The pool can be warmed up in the winter months. Please keep in mind that it is not a hot tub. For stays of more than 1 week we will arrange with you when we can carry out the weekly pool maintenance. If you would like the house cleaned during your stay let us know and we can organize that. Other things to note We are old fashioned hosts. For us, hospitility is a pleasure. Although Check In (2 pm) and Check Out (noon) are declared, we normally have no problem in providing early Check In and late Check Out. We do not charge additional for this, as we dont charge additional for anything else and we dont have a chores list of things to do when leaving. We just want you to enjoy the island!
