Our carefully appointed decor will transport you into a Seafaring Stay where even the weariest traveler can relax, refuel and ready themselves for exploration. The space Our One Bedroom Suites are for the traveler that needs a little more elbow room and an ocean view. These Suites are what sets us apart from other hotels in Homer. Each bedroom houses both a luxurious king bed and bonus full sized bed. As always, our living rooms all have Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofas. Both the bedroom and living rooms have flat screen HD TV's. Each Suite has a full kitchens with cooking items. Guest access Please look for an email (if you have provided your email) to receive your access instructions. They come 2 days ahead of arrival and include interactive mapping. In addition. our locks are programmed with the last 4 digits of the phone number on your profile for access. Other things to note Check-In Details: All check-ins are remote access ahead of arrival. Each entry door features keypad access, and a personalized code will be set for you on the day before your arrival via email, text and/or portal communication as we realize travelers use many modalities to reserve their stay. We do require upload of photo ID and acceptance of property terms ahead of arrival specific to our property. Check-in is 3:00 PM, you may inquire for early check in and we will do out best to accommodate such requests.. Need to Reach Us? Pet Policy: With an increasing concern about allergies, noise, pet waste and for the enjoyment of all guests, we are no longer a pet stay location. We love pets but we also ensure that each room is fully laundered (including pillows, all bedding and decor blankets as well) and because of the volume of cleaning, adding pet hair also makes that sanitation level a challenge. While we LOVE pets our own included, we have decided to put the enjoyment and relaxation of our (people) guests first. We’re excited to host you and look forward to making your stay both comfortable and enjoyable! We are a non-smoking property including the decks and common areas. We offer pristine views and accommodations. Being on the bluff, we do require supervision of all of our younger guests including hot tub use. Finally, we do ask that you extinguish all fire pits and honor quiet hours.
