Suite includes a back entrance with private bedroom (full bed), dresser, closet and desk (laptop friendly), a living room (queen sofa bed), private bathroom with shower. Your area has microwave, k-cup coffee maker, mini refrigerator, cable/smart TV & 5G wifi access. Mugs and other items are provided, including teas/coffee, disposable dining items, extra pillows & blankets. Host lives on property (2nd floor) so access to the rest of the house is restricted. Please park on the driveway, left side. Access is around the left side of house. Guest access Guests will be able to access and privately enjoy the suite space and have access to common areas, like the back yard, patio, hammock and grill areas. During your stay I live upstairs and am happy to share the great adventures you can have right here in the Tampa Bay area. I respect the privacy of my guests but am available to assist and help my guests with recommendations for Brandon, Tampa, Ybor City, St. Petersburg, Dunedin, and Clearwater during their stay. Other things to note Host lives on property (2nd floor) so access to the rest of the house is restricted. Please keep reasonably quiet hours between 10PM and 6AM.
