Cozy Front Porch Suite

The Cozy Front Porch Suite is located in a Century Home (Circa 1897), locals know it as the Four Corners House, (due to its odd shape you can see four corners of the house from the parking lot!) Situated in the small community of Utterson, this cozy 2 bedroom suite is perfect for families, friends, and couples. The space Originally a general store, the Inn was built during the early 19th century. This home has been renovated and updated, being respectful of the character of the home. Your main floor 2 bedroom suite is self contained and completely private with a keypad entrance from the front porch. The suite sleeps four adults comfortably. There is also a pullout sofa in the living room. A private kitchen with all cooking essentials is provided, including a fridge, & stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave. This suite is complete with a private three piece washroom. The Inn has wireless internet and a TV connected to Netflix. During your stay you are welcome to use the Provincial Park day pass, provided. Guests also love the nostalgic covered front porch, with BBQ. Guest access You have access to a fire pit on the side yard surrounded by Muskoka chairs. Also enjoy the hammock under the pine trees in the summer. Other things to note The Inn is located in Utterson just south of Huntsville close to highway 11 & 141. There is a grocery store and liquor store a few minutes drive from the Inn (Fresh mart in Port Sydney).
