BD Bermuda Villa. (with Twizy Charger)

The Bermuda Villa is centrally located in the Parish of Warwick. We are a five minute walk to the ferry or bus and about a ten minute walk from a supermarket. Bermuda Villa is centrally located on the island. Easy access to Horseshoe Bay, Elbow beach, restaurants and many other main attractions. The Villa provides all the necessary amenities for a home away from home. Free Wifi and cable TVs. The space The Villa has 5.5 units located in the main house. The entire Villa can be rented, which will give the tenant the option of sleeping 16 guests comfortably or can be rented on individual unit. Each unit is self contained and able to be rented separately, with its own bathroom and amenities such as a small fridge and microwave. The larger units have seating areas, much like a hotel suite. There is a sixth bedroom which is rented as part of the whole villa, or by another guest , as it does not have its own bathroom and the occupants of the sixth room will need to share a bathroom. This is useful for couples travelling with kids. The Villa has a beautiful kitchen that is available for use by all of the guests. It is fully equipped with granite countertops, Sub Zero refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Washer and dryer is operated on pay per use. There is a table that can seat 5 in the kitchen and a large covered balcony in the front of the house that can also be used on a common area basis. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main house and front porch.
