Great place for a family, or for fishing trips. Right on (not just close to) Lake Bob Sandlin! This is a 5 bedroom home! You'll have a great lake view, a huge backyard, and a private boat dock, all with beautiful sunrise and sunsets! And an Arcade/Game room indoors. Everything you'll need is here. Large indoor open concept kitchen, living, and dining. We are more of a "Relax and be fun" than a "fancy" place. This is a home in a GREAT location. ..Think more "Summer Cabin", than "High Class Resort", even though we still have comfy beds, couches, filtered water, and all the other amenities we listed. We also have a Game room; Board Games, Video game Arcade table, Ping Pong, Bubble Hockey. A library of DVDs (*Some Rated "R" so please monitor Kiddos), and tetherball outside for your enjoyment! One Full acre of outdoor space all to yourself with 4 outdoor seating gathering areas; Deck, Patio, Dock, and a BIG Fire-pit great for a night of roasted marshmallows and ghost stories, or for beers and laughs. We have our own dock, and are only 3 minutes to the boat ramp on Bob Sandlin. There's also easy access to the other nearby Lake Cypress Springs. We just had fiber internet WiFi installed. But please note that the number of devices and each use can have a factor on the speed. A Note about Nature/Wildlife: When renting our home, it is important to keep in mind that you are renting a home in a rural, waterfront area. We are located in a very quiet and serene location, where the neighbors watch out for each other. At night you will hear frogs or other creatures, or maybe see a fox or deer when outside. Our home is between the lake and lots of unbothered land. With nature comes wildlife. From wild turkeys, to deer, to field mice, or bugs, spiders or snakes. There's no need to fear. If you see a wild creature just give them their space, as this is their home too. We do our best to keep the home pest free organically. Part of that is keeping doors and windows closed, especially at night time, and disposing of food or trash properly in the waste bins. Please do your part by doing those things too. Please be kind and embrace the Rural, Lake-side life! Guest access Parking is at the front. There is space for about 3 cars and even a boat trailer, or even more if not on the concrete. Just be cautious of getting stuck if rainy and parking off the pavement. Other things to note Lots of little comfort amenities like filtered instant hot water at the sink, usb chargers at night stands, and an electric air pump for the lake float toys. Its a Friendly atmosphere and area here. We wave to each other when driving past on the country roads. You can even stop and purchase fresh eggs from a few places you'll see as you drive in. Its a very private place, but also has very friendly neighbors within visible range.
