We rent a private bedroom with spectacular view of the mountains over which the sun rises and its private bathroom next door, in our home where we live, with access to living quarters, garden and parking space. The adobe house is in the countryside. The garden has fruit trees and a large natural reserve for wild birds. Singles, couples and families are welcome. The space The house is in the countryside, near the unique village of San Agustín Etla, 17 km (10.5 miles) from downtown Oaxaca. For nature lovers, it is an ideal place to observe birds feeding outside the windows. We share our space with local animals. There is a Cultural Center CASA in the nearby village. The view is unique from any part of the house. Bright stary nights in front of the cosy chimney are a joy. Guest access Your bedroom and bathroom, dinning room, living room and garden. During your stay The owners are bird specialists of Oaxaca and Mexico. We will be happy to take you around for birdwatching and nature walks. We can organized one day or all week tours. Other things to note We sometimes organize bird banding or bird photography activities. If you are interested in participating let us know and we could arrange it. The area is safe and one is far from the madding crowd.
