Private entrance and bath off room on second floor. Right on the beach in Ajijic in centre of town. Walking distance to everything. Room has beautiful, private terrace and view of the lake in front of you and the mountains behind, a lap pool. a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, flat screen TV, netflix, washer, dryer, best internet, hotel quality beds, down feather duvet with clean covers, unlimited pillows, purified water. One block from the pier on the beach side. The space King size bed. Two desk areas, two comfy chairs, ceiling fan. A wonderful lake breeze that blows right through the room. Blackout curtains, private bath & shower, toiletries, hairdryer, best local internet, coffee. Patio: swing sofa table, four chairs and umbrella Guest access to entire grounds and pool. During your stay We are usually here for emergencies and we have full time staff that are here 5 days a week. Other things to note Nov. 21 to Nov. 30 are the Feast of San Andres in Ajijic. There are fireworks late into the night and early in the morning for the ten days. Also, we live in a tropical area. We fumigate regularly but you may see a gecko or an unusual bug.
