This property is fully air conditioned to sooth away the aches and pains of a hard days park hopping. The property has 2 Master Ensuite bedrooms with full bathrooms & dressing rooms, 2 Twin bedrooms with shared full bathroom. It also features a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, dining area, family room, formal seating & dining room and utility room. The property sleeps a total of 10 people. The outdoor pool, spa/Jacuzzi (with optional heating facility – at extra cost) is not overlooked to the rear and features a child safety fence for your peace of mind. We have provided pool toys/games for your enjoyment. The family room is equipped with a 55” Smart TV with cable, Playstation 3 and games, DVD player and films. **No Parties or Events** To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings at the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and additional fees for extra cleaning or damages. Guest access You have access to the ENTIRE HOME. Feel free to lay out by the pool, take a walk, enjoy the resident features (if they are available in your chosen neighborhood) such as play grounds, pools, and picnic areas. Other things to note THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. Required to be over the age 25 • HOUSEKEEPING - There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
