Apartment 5 minutes from the pier (by car)

Cleanliness and rest for a good price. Quiet and central area, 5 minutes from the esplanade by car, close to the beach, aquarium, UAS, etc. A bus that goes downtown passes just one block away. And a bus passes 4 blocks away that drops you off right outside the UAS. The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from the Juárez Market. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed for two people. The space With the basics for a pleasant stay, it has two bedrooms (with a double bed each), a full bathroom, a breakfast bar, a sink, a refrigerator, cable TV and air conditioning (mini-split). The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is only one mini-split for both bedrooms. The two bedrooms can be connected by a door. If you want to cool both bedrooms, you must leave the door open between both bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own fan. The apartment does NOT have a kitchen. But we can provide a small electric grill, with a basic kit that includes two pans, plates, spoons, glasses, etc. For an extra fee (Request prior to arrival). The bathrooms are for the exclusive use of the guest, are not shared and have an air extractor to the outside. They are closed with thick fabric curtains, so it is recommended that there be trust between tenants (family, couples or close friends). The apartment is on the second floor, it is completely isolated from the outside, but to access it you have to go up and down stairs through an alley (about 15 steps), the STAIRS are a bit NARROW (about 80-90cm) and it could be difficult to carry very large suitcases through this access. Special care should be taken if you are climbing with children or older adults to avoid an accident. On-site parking is NOT guaranteed. Well, it's street parking and there's usually room outside but sometimes not. So you'll probably have to look for parking a few houses or even a block away. Guest access The laundry room and a patio to hang clothes.
