Nenana Depot - Engineers Room

Stay in one of the Alaska Railroads original depots from 1923! Located in the heart of Nenana in Alaska's beautiful interior, this depot is home to the Alaska Railroad Museum & Nenana depot, a full service depot right on the main line! Guests will stay in one of three rooms available on the second floor, showcasing great views of the area and downtown. Guests will have free parking, along with unlimited daytime access to the museum on the ground floor. The space Housed in the iconic railroad station on the river, this nearly 100 year building has stood the test of time in Alaska's climate. The Friends of the Tanana Valley Railroad are the caretakers of the building and operate the museum daily in the summer and ensure the preservation of history.
