We are 25 mins to downtown Kelowna and 5-10 mins to wineries and golf courses. Take a short 8 mins drive down to Gellatly Aquatic Park or Peachland for some fun beach time. You can also enjoy the outdoor private patio seating with your own BBQ overlooking the Okanagan Lake. Not a full kitchen but is equipped with everything you need for the BBQ, microwave. Guess access - guests enter from front door with keyless keypad. Guest access Guests can access the laundry room for no cost and the backyard. Guests to provide their own laundry detergent. Other things to note I live on the main floor with my 3 Australian Shepards. They do not have access to the lower level or backyard.
