Bucerias Beachfront Charm - Two storey luxury beachhouse with rooftop deck!

On the north edge of Bucerias, right on the beach, is Casa Sirena, a two-bedroom, two-bath, private home that is one of three units on this piece of property that fronts the beach. Beautifully detailed interior with Spanish tiles, unique brick ceilings, and varnished wood windows and doors. There are lovely furnishings throughout, and the casa is equipped with all the conveniences of home - fully equipped modern kitchen, linens, comfortable living and dining areas, satellite TV, DVDs, free wireless internet, Weber grill, etc. The inviting, deep-blue, beachside pool (shared) will keep you cool as you relax on the patio, or sit beneath the private palapas on the sand and soak up the sights and sounds of the ocean. The beach is white sand about 20 meters wide and lined with palm trees. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on either the beachfront patio or the balcony off the upstairs master bedroom. A private patio off the downstairs guest bedroom provides a nice 'get away' for kids or guests. Casa Sirena also boasts a third-floor, open air sundeck exclusively for Casa Sirena guests. This deck area is one-third open to the sun for the worshippers out there, and two-thirds covered by an authentic Mexican palapa. During the day, the ocean breezes waft through; enjoy your time on the loungers, or at our lovely hand-made Mexican table in the shade. In the evening, pull up a chair, a glass of wine, and watch the twinkling lights of the marina in La Cruz as the surf washes in and your stress washes out. Maid with full linen service is twice weekly. Great restaurants are within walking distance, with many others to choose from in nearby La Cruz. Or, take a thirty minute drive into Puerto Vallarta and enjoy what the city has to offer, while coming back to your unique vacation home in charming and quaint Bucerias. For the safety and security of our guests and property, security cameras are installed above the front entrance to the casa, and above the common swimming pool area. Casa Sirena offers three tiers of prices, depending upon the season. High Season: November 1 to April 30: Regular nightly rate, $250.00 USD per night Shoulder Seasons: May 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024 and September 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024: 30% discount, being $175.00 USD per night Melting Hot Season: July 1, 2024 to August 31, 2024: 50% discount, being $125.00 USD per night
