Small private cottage in Clifton Forge. Downstairs: Livingroom with sectional sofa and a TV with dish. Entry area with a Loveseat Sleep Sofa. If you plan to use it, let us know and we'll leave bedding. Fully stocked Kitchen with coffee and snacks Laundry room with washer and dryer Full bathroom with Shower Upstairs: Two bedrooms with Queen beds. One bedroom also has a twin bed. Full bathroom with tub/shower The space The Cozy Cottage is a private residence in a quiet neighborhood. Two bedrooms, both with queen beds on the second floor plus a full bath with a tub/shower in the hall. There is a second full bath with a shower on the first floor. Both bedrooms have cable TV and there is a cable TV in the living room. Wifi is available in the whole house. There is a separate dining room and full stocked kitchen with both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. A laundry area with a stacked washer and dryer are just off the kitchen;All linens are provided. Central heat and Air Conditioning with separate controls on both floors. There is also a front porch with a gas grill and a fenced in back yard; we are pet friendly with an additional pet fee of $10 per pet, per night.
