Hidden Gem Cottage on the Beach

Hidden Gem is a Traditional Cayman Style cottage located at Grapetree Cove on a beautiful beach area in sleepy fishing village of East End. The property is filled with trees that gives it a dreamy Island ambiance. The Cottage has been fully renovated with modern amenities that makes is very comfortable and homey. Hidden Gem offers a unique CaymanKind experience from a Caymanian host that knows the area well. Located minutes away from local dinning places and many key attractions in the area. The space 2 Flat Screen Smart TV's are throughout the cottage in the living room and the bedroom with full access to Netflix and Cable TV. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, front & back patio and beach area. The beach access will be shared with myself the host and owner of the property and from time to time for a 20 to 30 Minutes a day for a brief stop on my tours with guests. Other things to note GOVERNMENT TOURISM ACCOMMODATION TAX There is a government Tourism Accommodation Tax of 13% that will be added to the nightly booking rate. All AirBnB’s in the Cayman Islands are heavily regulated by the government and this tax is mandatory to be paid to the government. However this tax is waived for local guests who present a local ID. DOGS ON PROPERTY We have two (2) lovely dogs on the property. They are very friendly and kept on our back porch most of the time. Unfortunately they do bark when they sense people or animals around and when they want to go for a walk. However we try our best to ensure that they are well behaved and quiet but dogs will always be dogs 😊.
