#2 bedroom in the house with its own lock. Bus stop is in the front yard. 3 miles from Duke university/Duke Medical center/NCCU.13 miles to UNC. Sitting on a commercial street but not noisy, restaurants/bars are next door, costco and all other shops are within walking distance, just like you live in pricy downtown, but with plenty parking spaces on property. Very convenient. The space Note: I only provide u your own room & utilities for flexible time frames, u need to clean after yourself, and return my property back as how you found them, my fee doesn't pay for clean after you & serve you. Please treat my place as rental like u would rent a car or tool without your damages & mess & dirtiness; treat my home as your home, when u go home u don't expect your mom serve & clean after u, and u practice energy/water conservations, and you don't put a nasty review to complain&criticize your mom publicly, right? My place is not a hotel, but much better than a multi-beds hostel, u have your own room/privacy to relax. Don't book if u are looking for a cheap place to spend your vacation on with expectations of a 5-star hotel. Only bother me with problems a renter would: you don't know how to use something or something is not working & etc. Send your review to me just like your boss review your job performance with u alone.Only I need to know your reviews on me,what if your review is not just then u kill my business,What if u use bad reviews to make me surrender to your selfish threats.
