Grandma's Room, a One Room Inn

Situated in a peaceful setting, located on 2 1/2 acres in the Northern Sierra Nevada Foothills of California. We invite you to relax on the front porch and view the wildlife which may include deer, turkey, and many varieties of birds, depending on the season. Only minutes from Lake Wildwood. Grass Valley and Nevada City are also nearby. The space Grandma's Room is a private room with a comfortable queen size bed, private bath with a walk-in shower, private entrance and front porch. The room also includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster & coffee maker. Bottled water/hot drinks included. We do not have TV hookup, but a television is in the room which can play DVD's. Guests can enjoy relaxing on the front porch to the sound of our fountain and enjoy the flowers in the garden. We are located in a rural neighborhood with horse ranches all around us. We do allow one small to medium size well behaved dog upon approval. Guest access Disabled accessible with parking close to the front door. The bathroom is also disabled accessible with a large walk-in shower. Other things to note There is a coffee maker and coffee and tea are provided along with cold water bottles in the fridge. One small to medium size well behaved dog is allowed upon approval. Dogs must be leashed when leaving the room as we have a chihuahua that is sometimes outside and does not always accept new 'dog friends'. We ask that your dog not be left alone in the room unless it is in a crate. Also request that dogs not be on the bed or furniture. Plastic bags are in the room so that our guests can pick up after their dog.
