small cottage,small bedroom 10x12 1double bed/ 1 single bed..from car park,about 300 steps up the hill..ideal for backpackers..large suitcases inadvisable..best view from wraparound verandah. a 7 minute walk from the car park ..this cottage is not completely sealed from the rainforest so visitors may experience nature in lizard and insect form...if this is a red flag for you kindly choose other accomodations..it helps us if we know your approx. arrival time..easier to find us before dark.. The space this newly renovated cottage is the highest on the hill..best view,nice verandah..recommended for those who are quite fit and traveling light..small bedroom,bath,living room/kitchen....best to arrive before dark,gas stove,indoor and outdoor shower..the occasional lizard and other small insect will pass thru the cottage from time to time..hot water only if u heat it on stove Guest access all Other things to note port antonio is not easy to get to..3+ hrs from mobay,2+ hrs from kingston..charter a taxi costs 150 -200$ us respectively..public transport is cheap but uncomfortable..we wash and sun dry our linens..we do not iron them..this lowers our energy costs and our price to you..lizards and spiders help us to control more annoying insects like ants and moskitos so book accordingly
