All doors are to be kept Locked and Secure AT ALL TIMES. LIGHTS, ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, TELEVISIONS, etc ARE TO BE CUT OFF EACH EVENING AND WHEN LEAVING THE HOME. During your stay The home is shared with the owners. We love hosting people from various places and if time permits will greet you upon arrival. We do respect the privacy of our guests. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: - Please take care to keep all areas of the property clean. - Zero tolerance policy for smoking/vaping on the property. This includes inside the home, the front porch, deck and all outside property. If evidence is found, an immediate cancellation will occur with no refund and an additional $500 cleaning fee will be given. - No extra guests. Guests that are listed on the original booking are the only guests that are allowed. This means the number of guests listed on your reservation needs to meet the number of guests in the home during the entire duration of your stay. A fee of $100 per extra guest will be given immediately and they will be asked to leave the premise immediately as they are not allowed on the property. - Absolutely no events, gatherings or parties allowed on site. You will be asked to immediately leave your stay if this rule is violated. No refund will be given and a $500 fee will be applied at the time of the incident. - Quiet hours are 10pm-7am per the city's ordinance. - No candles of any kind are allowed on the property. - Absolutely NO food allowed outside of the kitchen area inside the home. Evidence of food throughout the home will be subject to additional cleaning fees due to an upholstery and floor cleaning. Please clean counters and floors after eating. - Do not move decor, books or furniture from its original location. - Do not steal any of the belongings in the home. If something is found missing, you will be responsible for replacing the item(s). - The fireplaces are decorative only, please do not use. Trying to tamper with the pilot lights or use of them will result in a $500 fee. - If an extra cleaning is required in the kitchen or other areas of the home, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee(s) if extensive cleaning is needed. - Late checkout will result in a $100 fee per hour that you fail to checkout. If your late checkout interferes with another booking for that day, you will become responsible for paying that booking as well as the previous fees incurred. - House should be left how it was found. - We are not responsible for personal items left in the home or on the property. It is your responsibility to double check that all of your personal items have been packed and removed prior to you checking out.
