Security or Damage Deposit A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 28 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 CAD Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless. Cleaning on Departure A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage and recycling on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher and first load of laundry. Guest is asked to leave soiled linens and towels in the bathtub or shower. The guest is expected to clean the BBQ. Extra charges could apply. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply. Linen Linen is included in the rent Towels are not allowed outside of the property. Parking Parking is free. Snow Skiing and Boarding Ski/Board Out is a 25 minute drive to the ski resort parking lot. Sunshine Village Internet Service and Fee Internet is included in the rent Password is available at the check-in front desk.. Telephone Fee Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free. Outbound long distance calls are restricted to a calling card, collect calls or toll free numbers.
