A cozy bedroom with a private entrance, your own bathroom and patio. Can be set up with separate single beds or a King Bed. Located in San Francisco's Bernal heights, 5 minute walk from Cortland street shops, restaurants, bars, grocery store, & more. Free street parking & close to the 24 and 67 Bus lines, the 67 takes you directly to 24th street BART. The space A nice, comfortable room with a private patio in a quiet neighborhood in the basement level of a 3 story house. The bed converts into two single beds or can be pushed together to form a king. The house is on a slope so your window gets lots of natural sunlight. Guest access You'll have your own room with private access from the street via our sunny rose garden, a private bathroom with shower, and a patio by your room for relaxing outside. Access to the room is down two short flights of stairs. There is a coffee maker. No smoking is allowed on the property including the patio and in front of the house. During your stay We will be here to greet you, when you arrive. we will show you the room and give you the door code in person. We are a fully vaccinated household and are happy to wear mask on request. Your room is in our basement and we will be down there from time to time doing laundry or putting things away. Other things to note We have a 10 year old boy, and while your room is isolated from the rest of the house, during the afternoon you may hear him running around. We also have 2 long haired cats and 2 rabbits, but they avoid the basement when guests are around. You might hear them padding around upstairs. Night time is very quiet but we are usually up by 8am.
